Preview service only: Dollar Express does not hold money, operate a wallet, exchange currency, execute transfers, accept deposits, make payouts, or process payments.

1. About the project

Dollar Express is a personal, independently operated software preview project. It is not a bank, payment processor, money-service business, remittance provider, currency exchange, escrow service, or licensed financial institution. It is not presented as a registered company.

2. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. You must be legally able to use online services under the laws that apply to you. The website is not intended for children.

3. Preview features only

The website may let you create an account, save recipient details, submit transfer or purchase requests, view request statuses, and view indicative exchange-rate references. These features record information for demonstration and review only. Submitting or approving a request does not create a completed financial transaction, guarantee a service, reserve funds, or promise a payout.

4. No money or payment activity

Do not send money, deposits, cryptocurrency, or payment-card details to the project or to anyone claiming to collect funds through it.
No balance displayed or described by the website represents funds held for you.
Request amounts and reference exchange rates are not offers, guaranteed prices, or executable quotes.
An administrator changing a request status only changes the record shown by the website; it does not move funds or confirm a payment.

5. Your account and information

You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your password, and activity performed through your account. Do not impersonate another person or submit recipient details unless you have an appropriate reason and permission. Do not enter passwords, bank logins, card details, identity documents, or unnecessary sensitive information into the website.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload malicious code, submit unlawful or misleading information, abuse other users, or use the preview features to facilitate fraud or unlawful financial activity.

7. Third-party services and links

The website depends on third-party services, including Supabase for authentication and database functionality, GitHub Pages for hosting, and Frankfurter for optional reference-rate data. Those services are provided under their respective terms and policies. The project does not control their availability or independent processing.

8. Availability and changes

The preview is provided on an experimental basis and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. Features, records, or access may become unavailable. No service-level guarantee is made.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. You remain responsible for deciding whether to use the preview and for keeping sensitive information out of it.

10. Suspension or termination

Access may be restricted or discontinued where reasonably necessary for security, misuse, maintenance, legal compliance, or project closure. You may stop using the website at any time.

11. Privacy

Use of the website is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains the information handled by the current preview and the third-party services involved.

12. Applicable law

These terms are not intended to select a governing law or jurisdiction without the project operator first confirming the appropriate legal position. Mandatory consumer and other legal rights that apply to you are not limited by these terms.
