Important: Dollar Express is an independently operated preview project. It does not hold funds, execute transfers, exchange currency, or process payments.

1. Who operates this project

Dollar Express is a personal, independently operated software project. It is not presented as a registered company or licensed financial institution. This policy describes the information handled by the current preview website.

2. Information the website handles

Depending on the features you use, the website may process:

Account information: your name and email address when you create an account.
Recipient information: a recipient's name and the destination handle or wallet-address text you choose to save.
Request information: the amount and currency entered for a transfer or purchase request, the selected recipient, request status, and creation time.
Account identifiers: technical user and record identifiers needed to associate information with your account.
Technical information: information that hosting, authentication, database, or browser-based service providers may generate when delivering their services, subject to their own policies.

Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, bank credentials, or other sensitive information in recipient or request fields.

3. How information is used

Information is used to create and authenticate accounts, display account profiles, save recipient details, submit and display preview requests, maintain request statuses, provide administrative review, and keep the website functioning and secure.

4. Service providers and external requests

The website uses Supabase for authentication and database services. Its project endpoint is hosted at supabase.com; Supabase processes information as required to provide those services and under its own terms and privacy documentation.

The website can request indicative exchange-rate reference data from the Frankfurter API when a visitor selects the rate feature. That request may disclose technical connection information to the API provider. Rates are informational only and are not transaction quotes.

The website is published through GitHub Pages. Hosting and delivery may involve technical logs and infrastructure processing by GitHub. These providers have their own privacy terms and policies.

5. Sharing

The project does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by the service providers described above, or disclosed where required by applicable law or to address security, abuse, or legal claims. The current preview website does not send money or submit payment transactions.

6. Storage, security, and retention

Account and application records are stored using the connected Supabase project. Reasonable configuration and access controls are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Data may remain in provider backups or logs for periods controlled by the relevant provider. A fixed deletion or retention schedule has not been independently established for this preview project; do not submit information that you need to remain confidential or immediately erasable.

7. Your choices and requests

You should keep your sign-in credentials private and avoid saving another person's sensitive details without permission. If you want to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your account, email anurakumara3124@gmail.com. For your safety, send the request from the email address associated with your account where possible, and include only the minimum information needed to identify your account. Never send your password, payment details, or identity documents. Requests are reviewed manually; this email contact is not an automatic account-deletion tool.

8. Children

This preview project is not designed for children. Do not create an account if you are not legally able to use the service under the rules that apply to you.

9. International processing

Because the website relies on third-party hosting, authentication, database, and rate-data services, information may be processed in locations selected by those providers. Review their current documentation for details about locations and safeguards.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the website or its providers change. The revised date will be shown at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means you have had an opportunity to review the revised policy; it does not remove any rights that apply under law.
